The milk and the gelato are produced fresh on the farm, close to where the herd is milked. This is the journey at the heart of everything we make.

Welcome to Barhouse Farm
Barhouse Farm is a working farm, a family home, and the home of the Wholly herd — as well as our small gelato retail hatch and the Milkbot. Visitors are welcome during opening hours to see farm life, the calves and the milking herd.
We farm approximately 290 acres with cows grazing freely during the warmer months, and we believe our cows are healthier and happier outdoors, living just as nature intended.
